I went to visit my daughter who lives on the outskirts of Bristol, specifically for the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta and the Nightglow, when the hot air burners and turned on and off to music. A great spectacle.

I shot this while out with my mate Baz and his drone. He was filming the sunset across the river with his drone and I was shooting long exposure landscapes. When I looked up and saw the drone blocking the sun I grabbed a quick snap.

This is a street I’ve taken photos of many times during the day when I’ve been out shooting, but this is the first time I walked past at night, and I caught just as a figure walked underneath the boulevard sign. Will have to pop back again!
